    Red Wine 22H22 - 2018

    • Appellation : AOC Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux
    • Grape varieties : Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc
    • Aging : 12 months in barrels
    • Food & wine pairings: hot starters, red meats, dishes with sauce and cheese platters.

    A deep, full-bodied red wine with intense aromas of black fruit, blackcurrant, blackberry, cocoa, and spice. Its palate is long, balanced, and generous—the promise of a wine with character and aging potential (5 to 10 years).

    White Wine 22H22 - 2024

    • Appellation: AOC Bordeaux Dry White
    • Grape variety : 100% Sauvignon Blanc
    • Winemaking: Direct pressing at low temperature, slow fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
    • Aging: On fine lees (4 months)

    Bright pale yellow robe. Expressive nose of citrus, exotic fruits and a floral touch. The palate is lively and balanced, with a mineral and saline finish.
